What areas does Legacy General Contractors serve?
We serve homeowners across Virginia (Berryville, Winchester, Front Royal, Leesburg, Purcellville, Ashburn, Sterling, Middleburg, Strasburg, Woodstock, Warrenton, and Dale City), Maryland (Frederick, Hagerstown, Rockville, Bethesda, Germantown, and Laurel), and Washington, D.C.
Do you charge extra for projects outside of Berryville, VA?
No. We do not charge travel fees for projects within our standard service area. All communities listed on this page receive the same transparent pricing and level of service.
Are you licensed to work in Maryland?
Yes. Legacy General Contractors LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Virginia. We also perform work in Maryland and Washington, D.C. in compliance with all local licensing requirements.

Our primary service area covers a roughly 75-mile radius from our Berryville, Virginia headquarters. This includes the Shenandoah Valley, Northern Virginia, central Maryland, and Washington, D.C. If you're unsure whether we serve your area, give us a call.
Do you serve Northern Virginia communities like Ashburn and Leesburg?
Yes. We regularly complete kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, basement finishing, and other projects in Ashburn, Leesburg, Sterling, Purcellville, and throughout Loudoun County. These communities are well within our service area.
